BST82 is a N-channel enhancement mode field-effect transistor (FET) from Nexperia. It is designed for use in low-voltage, high-current applications such as DC/DC converters, inverters, power switches and motor control circuits. The device features a low RDS(on) that allows for low power dissipation at high currents, as well as extremely low gate-drive requirements. Additionally, it has an improved threshold voltage for higher reliability.
