The BZT52-B56J is part of a line of diode transistors from the Nexperia electronics company. It is a 6 V, 500 mA surface mount Schottky Diode designed for high-frequency switching and low-noise rectification. The wide operating temperature range of -55ºC to +175ºC, low forward voltage drop and soft reverse recovery make it well suited for a variety of power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, switching regulators, and signal rectification applications. It is constructed with an oxide passivated PN junction stable against thermal shock, humidity, and mechanical shock and vibration.
