NJU77806 5.5nV/ Hz Low Noise, 500 A low Power, Rail-to-Rail Output CMOS Operational Amplifier FEATURES DESCRIPTION Equivalent Input Noise Voltage The NJU77806 is a single low noise rail-to-rail output f=10Hz 11nV/Hz CMOS operational amplifier offer a low input voltage f=1kHz 5.5nV/Hz noise density of 5.5nV/Hz at 1kHz while consuming Supply Current 500A typ. only 500A of supply current, and have wide gain Gain Bandwidth Product 4.4MHz bandwidth of 4.4MHz and slew rate of 1.1V/s. These Slew Rate 1.1V/s characteristics makes NJU77806 ideal when excellent Supply Voltage performance is required in low noise and low power Single Supply 1.8V to 5.5V applications. Dual Supply 0.9V to 2.75V The very low noise of 5.5nV/Hz at 1kHz and low 1/f Rail-to-Rail Output (R =10k) 50mV from rail noise of 11nV/Hz at 10Hz while consuming only L Ground Sense 500A of supply current, give the NJU77806 the wide Common-Mode dynamic range necessary for preamps in microphones, Input Voltage Range V -0.1V to V -0.9V audio amplifiers, active filters and sensor amplifiers.
