R1560x Series 60 V 100 mA Ultra-low Power Voltage Regulator No. EA-395-190606 OVERVIEW The R1560x is a CMOS-based ultra-low power voltage regulator featuring 60 V input voltage and 100 mA output current. The device includes a short current limit circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit and a thermal shutdown.
