UBZ-305 is a part of Novatek's suite of ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller solutions, designed for low power, low cost, and low complexity applications. It supports multiple peripherals, up to 256kB of embedded Flash memory, up to 48kB of SRAM, on-chip voltage regulation and motor control PWM timers, and the on-chip NAND Flash controller. UBZ-305 is an excellent choice for a range of applications, including industrial, home automation, medical, and automotive.
