The NSI8120N1 is a high performance 8-channel digital isolator, manufactured by NOVOSENSE and supplied in an SOIC-8 form factor. It offers best-in-class signal and power isolation of up to 5kVrms and has a fast switching time of 5ns, making it suitable for a range of industrial isolation applications. The device is RoHS compliant and provides galvanic isolation, circuit protection, and surge protection between the high and low-voltage domains. It supports data rates starting at 10 Mbps and comes with integrated ESD protection for pulse width modulation.
