Additional Infomation About Product

The NSI8121N1 Digital Isolator SOIC8 RoHS manufactured by NOVOSENSE is a non-inverting, transistor-based, bidirectional semiconductor device that provides isolation between its primary and secondary electrical interfaces. The device features 1-channel operation and a wide operating temperature range of – 40°C to 105°C. It features output built-in level shifting through a 3.3-V input threshold. It can provide galvanic isolation of up to 2500Vrms for up to one minute. The Propagation Delay is 2.9µs at 5.0 V. The device is designed to provide reliable isolation and signal conversion between two separate digital systems, and is ideal for medical and industrial control systems. The device is RoHS compliant and forms part of the NSI812x family.
