1938 NTE1938 is an integrated circuit (IC) designed for driving the outputs of small relays and signal lamps. Specifically, it is a dual integrated driver designed to provide two channels of relay and signal lamp driving capability. It is designed to provide protection and drive two signal lamps or two relays with a nominal power of up to 100mA per channel. The driver has built-in protection against over-current and thermal shutdown. The IC can be used to drive relays and lamps for a wide range of applications including home and industrial automation, automotive, medical, security and more.
