Additional Infomation About Product

NTE1966 is an integrated circuit (IC) device manufactured by NTE Electronics Inc. It is an adjustable voltage regulator. It has a minimum output voltage of 5.0V and a maximum output voltage of 25V, with a maximum output current of 1.5A. It uses a standard three-terminal positive adjustable output voltage regulator, and can be configured to provide a wide range of output voltages. The circuit also contains additional protection components which protect it from short-circuits and thermal overloads. There is a thermal shutdown feature which will automatically shut down the device when the temperature gets too high. The device features on-chip voltage reference, current limiting and thermal protection for stable operation.
