The device is a high-speed device that has excellent noise immunity, low power consumption and wide supply voltage range. The device process two independent functions which are a dual 4-input NOR gate plus an inverter. It is designed to operate with a wide range of inputs and output levels, over a range of supply voltage from 4.5V to 15V and with power dissipation of 18mW. The IC is widely used in logic circuits, industrial and automotive applications.
