Additional Infomation About Product

The BT137X-600E,127 is a high-side low-side power switch from NXP. It is a monolithic medium power H-bridge specifically designed for switching high power loads from a low voltage supply. It is a medium power dual true-logic N-channel MOSFET switch with a single, embedded N-channel output driver optimized for a wide range of motor control, power management and load switching applications. The embedded N-channel output driver allows for pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control of the switched load. The device has an on-resistance of 127 ohms, an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 60V.
