Additional Infomation About Product

The BT145-800R,127 is an NXP power transistor suitable for power amplifier applications operating in the frequency range of DC to 800MHz. This transistor has an on-chip integrated, temperature compensated bias circuit for improved power gain and gain flatness. It also has low reverse recovery time (RRT) for improved small signal gain and low distortion levels. It is available in a 5 pin TO-220 package, making it suitable for many circuit drawing layouts. The BT145-800R,127 is designed to provide up to 32W of power gain at 500MHz operating frequency.
