Additional Infomation About Product

The BT151X-800R,127 is a Thyristor Surge Suppressor produced by NXP. It is a compact, single-phase Modular Thyristor Surge Suppressor (TSP) designed to protect against voltage transients when used in harsh industrial environments. It is suitable for a wide range of challenging applications such as motors, drives, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and sensor systems. The BT151X series uses low-power-consuming thyristors to protect sensitive electronics up to 8A and can also regulate voltage transients in the range 5-800V. It has an opto-insulated digital feedback to monitor transient and output voltage conditions. This device is UL recognized and CE compliant.
