BT152-600R is a 600V, 3-phase Triac Driver made by NXP. It is an optically isolated device with an insulated gate and is primarily used in mains-fed, uncontrolled AC power systems. It has a maximum load current rating of 15A, a peak voltage of 600V, and a gate-turn-on voltage of 15V to 20V. It is used for controlling motors, lighting, and electrical equipment. It features built-in over-current protection, under-voltage lockout, soft-start, and short-circuit protection.
