The BT152-600R127 is a thyristor device manufactured by NXP. This device is a dual bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) thyristor that offers high surge protection up to 600A (peak) in a variety of operating conditions. It also offers a high temperature operating range of -40 to 125°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, automotive, appliance, and lighting applications. The BT152-600R127 features a reverse standoff voltage (Vrwm) of 127V and a peak pulse power rating of 8.1kW (8/20µs). The device also features low forward and reverse leakage currents, fast switching speeds, and excellent isolation capabilities.
