GTL2014PW is a Level Translators and Shifters manufactured by NXP. It is a 14 pin TSSOP package with RoHS compliant construction. The device is a low-voltage logic output signal translator designed to provide a level of noise immunity normally not found in ordinary level converters. It provides up to 5V tolerant (and down to 1.8V tolerant) inputs and outputs, meaning the device is operable with a wide range of signal amplitudes and allows communication between different voltage logic families, such as 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. It also supports mixed-signal applications including buses, control, and address lines. This device is able to shift logic levels with a low skew of 0.4 nsec. This makes the device suitable for high speed applications, such as high frequency SMBus data transfer, RS-485/ RS-422, PCI Express, and high frequency bidirectional audio applications.
