Additional Infomation About Product

The NXP HEF4023BP is a dual 4-input logic gate with active LOW logic outputs. It can be used to create logic functions such as AND, OR, NOR, NAND, EXOR and EXNOR logic functions. It features low power consumption, low input thresholds which enables the gate to be used in any level of digital logic. The gate also has high noise immunity, providing a reliable performance in harsh electrical environments. It is available in a 14-pin PDIP package with gold-plated contacts.
