The HEF4023BP.652 is a dual 4-input NAND Schmitt Trigger gate manufactured by NXP Semiconductors. It is part of the 4000 series CMOS logic family. The device has two independent 2-input NAND gates, each of which offers a degree of logic inversion in addition to digital logic. It is available in both a plastic dual in-line package (DIP) with a 0.3 inch pitch as well as a SO14 surface mount package. The device is designed for typical operating voltage between 4.5V and 5.5V, and features low power consumption (less than 10mW), and high noise immunity (30% of VDD). Additional features include wide fan-out, high speed of operation, low leakage current, minimum propagation delay, and high CMOS voltage range.
