General description The SA604A is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system incorporating two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers, quadrature detector, muting, logarithmic received signal strength indicator, and voltage regulator. The SA604A features higher IF bandwidth (25 MHz) and temperature compensated RSSI and limiters providing wide RSSI dynamic range, high IF/limiter gain and overall stability. The SA604A is available in an SO16 (surface-mounted miniature) and HXQFN16 package. 2.
