It is a general-purpose optocoupler module, which employs an input gallium arsenide infrared LED and integrated high gain MOSFET output phototransistor. It is packaged in a DIP-8 package, and is RoHS compliant. The isolation voltage is 1500V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. It is designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits, and is suitable for logic gate, pulse shaping and microcomputer-based interface applications.
