The OVM7692-RAAA is an integrated CMOS CameraChip OmniPixel3-HS image sensor. It is designed for mobile and battery-powered applications, and provides superior low-light performance and high dynamic range while consuming minimal power. The device supports VGA resolution at up to 45 frames per second (fps) (as well as reduced resolution at higher frame rates) with both raw data and compressed formats for easy integration into mobile applications. It features a wide range of features, such as a built-in micro contrast correction engine and defect pixel correction, making it suitable for outdoor applications and face recognition. Additionally, the OVM7692-RAAA supports video vector motion detection, which makes it suitable for video surveillance applications. Finally, it also has support for face detection, making it ideal for biometric and security applications. The size of the device is only 4x4 mm making it highly suitable for phones, tablets and other portable devices.
