Additional Infomation About Product
The EE-SX398 Optical Switch with Transmissive Photo IC Output is manufactured by Omron and is a part of the EE-Switch Series from Omron. It is used to detect a light source or its interruption in a variety of applications. The EE-SX398 consists of an LED light source, a sensing element mounted on a PC board, and an integrated photo IC output to indicate the ON/OFF status. It operates in either TRNS DRK-ON or TRNS LIGHT-ON mode, with a sensing range of 6 to 15 mm. The EE-SX398 is available with a lead-free solderable pins and a 30V rated power input. It offers excellent performance in hostile operating environments with a protection rating of IP67. The EE-SX398 is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications, including automation control, machine control, security systems, and process monitoring.
