Additional Infomation About Product

ElectronicsThe OB6566MP with Switching Controllers SOT23-6 RoHS is a highly integrated switched mode power supply (SMPS) controller developed by On-Bright Electronics. This 4.9 mO driver offers excellent functional integration and power dissipation for an SMPS. It features a 600V/6A high-efficiency peak current modulator with reduced dead time for high-performance applications. It is designed to operate in constant frequency or fixed off-time (FOT) mode with an adjustable frequency from 100 kHz-500 kHz and a bandwidth of up to 3.0 kHz. It also has a built-in current sensing circuit that can accommodate either voltage or current mode control. The OB6566MP is RoHS compliant and is provided in a SOT23-6 package for a space-saving footprint.
