Stateoftheart geometry features AXIAL LEAD chrome barrier metal, epitaxial construction with oxide passivation CASE 59 and metal overlap contact. Ideally suited for use as rectifiers in STYLE 1 lowvoltage, highfrequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes.
