The CAT24C02TDI-GT3A is a 2Kb Serial CMOS EEPROM manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It’s a 2-wire Serial EEPROM memory device that operates on a single field-effect transistor (FET) based 1.8 volt to 5.5 volt supply voltage range. Its asynchronous Sequential Write/Read mode allows the device to write data byte-by-byte, without a dedicated write pulse. The EEPROM is able to store up to 256 byte of memory data, with its 8-bit page mode allowing the data to be written or read without the need for a full address transition.
