The CAV24C04YE-GT3 is a 4KB serial EEPROM with an integrated I2C bus interface from ON Semiconductor. It features a 2.5V to 5.5V operating voltage and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has an I2C-compatible two-wire serial interface with up to 400 kHz bus speed, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is widely used in memory storage and program execution in automotive, medical, and other electronic systems.
