FAN23SV56 6 A Synchronous Buck Regulator June 2015 FAN23SV56 6 A Synchronous Buck Regulator Description Features The FAN23SV56 is a highly efficient synchronous buck V Range: 7 V to 24 V Using Internal Linear IN regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with an Regulator for Bias input range from 7 V to 24 V and supporting 6 A V Range: 4.5 V to 5.5 V with V /P /P continuous load currents.
