Internally adopted synchronous rectifier control helps for less BOM counts as well as for easy design. FAN6291QF/FAN6291QH are also a source only USB Type-C 14 1 14 controllers which are optimized for mobile chargers and power adapters. TSSOP-14 It supports standard 3 A VBUS current level. N-Channel MOSFET is compatible as a load switch, and helps to reduce BOM cost.
