The FCMT199N60 is a MOSFET SuperFET2 with 199 milliOhm of resistance and 600V voltage rating, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has low gate charge and low RDS(on), as well as fast switching speeds. This MOSFET is well-suited for powering general purpose applications.
