The FDD8444 is an N-Channel MOSFET, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This device is a logic level, high voltage, high speed power MOSFET that is optimized for extremely low Gate charge, RDS(ON), and total input and output capacitance. Its low gate charge and low RDS(ON) make it optimal for use in high speed switching applications. Due to its high voltage capability, it can also be used for power management applications and in high current, low voltage logic-level circuits. With the logic-level operation, it can easily be controlled with a microcontroller or other digital logic device.
