The FDMC6679AZ is a P-Channel 30V 11.5A (Ta), 20A (Tc) 2.3W (Ta), 41W (Tc) Surface Mount 8-MLP (3.3x3.3) power MOSFET produced by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to provide a low RDS(ON) and fast switching speed. The 8-MLP package allows a very small footprint and offers a superior thermal performance, making it optimal for applications such as DC-DC converters, OR-ing circuits, and automotive electronics. The FDMC6679AZ offers a rated electrical VDSS of 30V and a rated ID rating of 11.5A (Ta) and 20A (Tc) with a VGS of -4.5V and a RDS(ON) of only 0.137 Ohm (typ). Additionally, the device offers a rated power of 2.3W (Ta) and 41W (Tc).
