The FDMF5826DC integrates a driver IC with a bootstrap 3-State 5 V PWM Input Gate Driver Schottky diode, two power MOSFETs, and a thermal Dynamic Resistance Mode for Low-Side Drive monitor into a thermally enhanced, ultra-compact, 5 mm (LDRV) Slows Low-Side MOSFET during Negative x 5 mm package.
