Additional Infomation About Product

FDS3890 is a patented high-efficiency and low-noise N-channel dual drain MOSFET driver from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to drive two power MOSFET stages in applications such as motor control circuits and DC-DC power converters. The FDS3890 includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection and integrated dead-time generator that enables its proper use with half-bridge or full-bridge configurations. The driver can also be used in other types of precision switching circuits and current-sensing applications. The FDS3890 can operate from 4.5 V to 28 V and has a maximum output current of 2 A per output.
