FDS6570A is a logic-level power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use as a low side switch in an application up to 16 V, and can switch up to 21 A of continuous current supplying 0.14O RDS(on). FDS6570A features fast switching speeds, internal diode for reverse current protection, and low on-state resistance. The device is ideal for used in very low voltage applications, such as a DC-DC converter requiring low RDS(on).
