It is specifically designed for high- Burst-Mode Operation performance offline Switched Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. The Precision Fixed Operating Frequency: 100kHz integrated PWM controller features include: a fixed- Internal Startup Circuit and Built-in Soft-Start frequency generating oscillator, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), an Pulse-by-Pulse Current Limiting, Auto-Restart Mode optimized gate turn-on / turn-off driver, Thermal Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Overload Shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature- Protection (OLP), Internal Thermal Shutdown compensated precision current sources for loop Function (TSD) compensation and fault protection circuitry. Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) Compared to a discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solution, the FSQ0370 reduces total Low Operating Current: 3mA component count, design size, and weight while Adjustable Peak Current Limit increasing efficiency, productivity, and system reliability.
