The H11L1M is an optocoupler with logic output from ON Semiconductor. It has a single channel with an LED that is optically coupled to a Schmitt Trigger logic gate. It is designed to provide a high degree of electrical isolation and data communication reliability between two circuits. It features a high CTR rating of 5 mA for 5 V voltage variations, which enhances efficiency and reduces power consumption. The unit is available in TO-92 package. The H11L1M device features built-in noise suppression features that provide improved EMI (electromagnetic interference) suppression, as well as a low propagation delay of about 2.5 ns. The H11L1M is used in applications that require noise-immune opto-isolated control, such as in industrial and automation systems, factory automation control, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) systems, lighting, and motor control.
