The KA7500CDTF with Switching Controllers SMPS Controller from ON Semiconductor is a high-performance, power management integrated circuit specifically designed for use in switch mode power supplies (SMPSs). This device includes a fixed frequency voltage mode control, a soft-start feature, a low standby power mode, and the ability to operate off 200V to 500V input voltage range. It is also capable of delivering up to 15A continuous and up to 30A peak switch current. Its low power dissipation and small design make it an ideal fit for higher end applications that require high efficiency and long-term system reliability.
