The L5970D013TR is a dual high-side N-channel PowerTrench MOSFET from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for use in high current switching and power management applications such as DC to DC converters, automotive load switches, motor drivers, and LED lighting. The device has an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 50V and a maximum drain current of 10A. Additionally, it features low on-state resistance, fast switching speeds, and protection from over-temperature, over-voltage, and reverse-voltage conditions.
