KA7918TU is a fixed low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It offers a high output accuracy of 0.5% and a wide output voltage range of 1.20V to 18V. The device also features a high ripple rejection rate of 65dB, a low on-resistance of 20 mOhm and maximum quiescent current of 4mA. It is available in a PSSO-5 package and is suitable for use in applications such as handheld electronic devices and automotive electronics.
