The KA7912ATU is a low dropout positive voltage Linear Regulator that has been designed to provide 800 mA of continuous output current. It features an output voltage adjustable range of 1.235V up to 17V, with a typical output voltage value of 12V and an input voltage range of 3V up to 36V. It utilizes an advanced BiCMOS design and operates at high efficiencies due to low quiescent currents.
