Additional Infomation About Product

KBL10 is part of a series of N-channel logic level FETs from ON Semiconductor. It is a enhancement-mode switch with a low on resistance and a “gate-to-drain” breakdown voltage of 10V. It is commonly used as a high-side switch in battery-operated applications and is very efficient in low current applications. This can be used in conjunction with PNP transistor to provide complete on/off device control. It is ideal for applications where low voltage, low on-resistance, and high switching performance are important.
