The M74VHC1GT14DTT1G with Inverters 3-5.5V Single TTL Schmitt Input is a type of integrated circuit manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a versatile logic device that includes 14 inverters arranged into two separate N-channel open drain sections. The inverters are designed with a Schmitt trigger input in order to provide higher noise immunity and reduce the number of false triggering. It operates on a voltage range from 3V to 5.5V and provides up to 4.8mA of output current. The device can be used in a variety of applications including acting as buffers, level translators, and signal inverters.
