The MC14081BDTR2G is an 8-channel analog multiplexer and demultiplexer from ON Semiconductor. It features 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with two control logic pins. The two-control pins, S0 & S1, allow independent or simultaneous selection of multiplexed channels. The MC14081BDTR2G is available in 8-pin PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages. The device is designed to provide reliable bidirectional switching of analog signals including digital tri-state outputs. The maximum digital current of 4 mA and 178 O on-state resistance for each switch make this device suitable for high frequency applications. With an operating supply voltage range of 2V to 16V and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, the MC14081BDTR2G can be used in a wide variety of applications.
