The SN74AHCT02D from Texas Instruments is a quad 2-Input logic gate that is pin-compatible with the 74LS02. This chip contains four 2-Input NOR gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs, providing improved noise immunity at the inputs over earlier devices. The individual gates can be used as inverters, buffers, or amplifiers for demanding signal-conditioning applications. This part operates over a broad VCC range (2-6V), making it suitable for both low voltage and standard logic applications. Each output is capable of sinking 10 mA of current, while the output can source up to 5 mA. The SN74AHCT02D is available in a 10-pin MSOP (mini small-outline package) with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
