Additional Infomation About Product

The MC74AC132DG is an quad input NAND Schmitt trigger from ON Semiconductor, which consist of four independent 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger action on each input. The device is designed for applications requiring noise immunity and high noise rejection. Its design utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. The Schmitt-trigger action on each input provides improved noise tolerance and improved output noise immunity while hysteresis (approximately 0.7V) between the two rail threshold levels helps negate slow rise and fall times. The output can be switched between the active high and active low logic states. The MC74AC132DG is in a 14-Lead Plastic Dual-In-Line Package (PDIP).
