The MC74HC30ADR2G from ON Semiconductor is an 8-input NAND Gate Logic Gates IC. It features an operating voltage range of 2 to 6 volts and a stand-by current rating of 1 uA. It is housed in a 14-Lead Plastic Dual Inline Package (PDIP) which measures 6.3mm x 3.3mm, and is ideal for applications such as logic equations, word decoding, and signal regeneration. It has independently controlled series-pass transistors which provide high sink capability, as well as high-speed operation. This Logic Gates IC has two active-low outputs, A and B and two complementary outputs, A and B. It is designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to +85°C.
