This makes them especially suited for usage in automotive AWLYWW CASE 751B 1 applications where voltages in excess of normal logic voltage are 1 common. The injection current effect control allows signals at disabled analog 16 input channels to exceed the supply voltage range without affecting the signal of the enabled analog channel. This eliminates the need for SOIC16 WIDE HCT485xA 16 DW SUFFIX external diode/ resistor networks typically used to keep the analog AWLYWWG CASE 751G channel signals within the supply voltage range. 1 The devices utilize low power silicon gate CMOS technology.
