The MC74LCX32DTG is a Low Voltage Quad 2-Input OR Gate from ON Semiconductor. It is a 14 lead dual-in-line plastic package which is low power version of the industry standard gate. This device is designed to operate over a wide range of voltages, from 1.65 to 5.5V and is optimized for 1.65 to 3.6V VCC operation. The outputs are open-drain and can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-low bussed functions. This gate offers high speed performance and excellent noise immunity. The MC74LCX32DTG is AEC-Q100 qualified with operating temperature of -40 to +125° C and is RoHS compliant.
