Single 2-Input AND Gate MC74VHC1G08, MC74VHC1GT08 The MC74VHC1G08 / MC74VHC1GT08 is a single 2 input AND gate in tiny footprint packages. The MC74VHC1G08 has CMOS level input thresholds while the MC74VHC1GT08 has www.onsemi.com TTLlevel input thresholds. The input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the device to MARKING be used to interface 5 V circuits to 3 V circuits. The output structures DIAGRAMS also provide protection when V = 0 V and when the output voltage CC exceeds V .
