MJD127G is a power Darlington transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a NPN-PNP Darlington pair with an integrated protection diode. The device is housed in a plastic TO-220 package with an operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. It is designed for general purpose switching and amplifier applications and can handle up to 500mA of current and 500V of peak pulses. The transistor is designed with a high gain-bandwidth product and a low thermal resistance.
